We believe our transcriber training should be accessible to all who are interested, regardless of their financial circumstances.
We understand that the cost of the TypeWell Basic Skills Course can be a barrier for some individuals, and we are committed to making the course more accessible. That’s why we offer a financial assistance program to help make the course more affordable for those who need it.
We offer up to a maximum of 50% assistance to eligible candidates. The amount awarded is based on the Federal Poverty Level guidelines. The actual percentage of assistance will vary depending on household size, geographic location, and income level.
This program is available to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:
- The applicant must be able to demonstrate financial need based on their income and household size.
- The applicant must be a legal resident of the United States.
- The applicant must have already qualified for the Basic Skills Course (by completing the course application and passing all three screening tests).
