TypeWell software is for use only by transcribers: professionals who have graduated from TypeWell's transcribing course to provide real-time communication access.
Providing communication access service typically involves two computers.
The transcriber's computer uses the Transcriber version of the software, and the student's computer uses the Reader version of the software.

Configurations and Purchasing
One TypeWell software license must be purchased for each computer running TypeWell software.
Most transcribers need only the Standard Software Duo, which is a package that includes a Transcriber license for the transcriber's computer and a Reader license for the reader's computer.

Note: upgrading from V4 or V5 Standard to V6 Premium is two separate upgrades: first from V4/V5 Standard to V6 Standard, then from V6 Standard to V6 Premium.
