Recommended and Final Due Dates
There are two due dates given to the trainee with each lesson: the recommended date and a later absolutely final date.
The recommended date is the one the trainee should aim for as it provides the optimal pace of learning.
That is, it's soon enough after the last assignment to avoid forgetting what one has learned, and it's long enough after the last assignment that there's time to fully absorb each lesson.
But holidays sometimes make the recommended date inconvenient.
For that reason we give the option of turning in assignments later.
However, they must be turned in by the absolute final date and time.
The trainee must turn in assignments by the absolute final date and time, or the system will automatically remove a grace day.
See the No Refund section at the bottom of the detailed scheduling for what this means.
In emergencies one might have to turn in an assignment even later than the second, final, date.
That's permitted in limited circumstances.
Go to the detailed scheduling page for more information about this option.
